PURCHASE, SHIPPING & REFUND TERMS

Therefore, we have developed these Purchase, Shipping and Refund Terms (these Terms) to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights with respect to payments, shipping and refunds, for items purchased via our Oynk Skincare website (our Website).
Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which constitute the agreement between Oynk Skincare and you.
PURCHASES
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Oynk Skincare is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Please email us immediately if you submit your order and then realise that you have entered an incorrect delivery address, delivery instructions or incorrect or misspelled name for any purchased item.
PURCHASE PRICE
All prices quoted on the Website, or pursuant to any enquiry that you may make with us, are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.
Our prices do not include insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver purchased items to you.
If you are purchasing products from outside Australia, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs charges as imposed by the destination country. These charges are your responsibility. We recommend you check with your local customs office for further information before placing an order. We are not liable for any customs clearance delays or additional costs that may be incurred.
PAYMENT
We accept credit card payment via PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, Visa, Mastercard and any other payment method agreed to from time to time.
After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.
If we do not receive cleared funds from you, within 48 hours of you submitting your order with us, we will email you at the email address nominated in your order, to communicate about your payment.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Orders made via our Website will be processed as soon as possible after payment has been received in cleared funds. Please email us if delivery of your order is urgent or required within a specific timeframe.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We only ship items on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays during Summer months and any other time when extreme heat may impact product appearance. This is to avoid items sitting in transit over a weekend. We will ship items Monday to Friday during all other times.
We use the Australia Post postal service to deliver your purchased items to you.
We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, if you are an Australian customer, you should receive your delivery within:
- five (5) to seven (7) business days for standard shipping; and
- two (2) to three (3) business days for express
However, there may be times where shipping will take a little longer (for example, during a pandemic or peak times such as Christmas). We will notify you if this is to be the case. If you have not received your Items within our suggested timeframes, please email us your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
Delivery of your order may also be delayed if you provide us with an incorrect delivery address.
We do not currently ship to customers who are located outside of Australia.
Order pick-up
You may pick up your order from us by making arrangements with us.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancellation by us
Oynk Skincare may cancel your order, if for any reason, we are unable to provide you with any item that you have purchased from us. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
Cancellation by you
You are not permitted to cancel any order, unless expressly agreed to, in writing, by Oynk Skincare. We are not under any obligation, legal or otherwise, to agree to cancel any order that you have made, via the Website.
ITEMS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
If any item is missing from an order, please email us with the order number and the code or name of the item you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations. However, Oynk Skincare will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items
REFUNDS
If you are concerned about your entitlement to a refund relating to your purchase of any item, we recommend that you read on to learn about your rights and our obligations to you.
Entitlement to a refund
You will only be entitled to a refund where you have an entitlement under any relevant law, such as the Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe that you are entitled to a refund, you must provide us with:
- your full name and any other details that we may require from you, including photographs of the relevant item/s; and
- the reason for claiming the refund.
Once we receive the above information, we will assess whether you are entitled to receive a refund. If so, then we will provide you with further instruction relating to the refund process, including a return postal address.
Oynk Skincare may, in its absolute discretion, provide a refund in circumstances in which a refund is otherwise not required to be provided, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Issue of refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, then the refund will be issued to you via the same payment method used by you to make your original payment to us. Please email us if you have not received your refund within five (5) business days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.
DISCLAIMER
Our products are intended for external use only. However, individual results may vary, and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. You are responsible for reading the full list of ingredients and conducting a patch test prior to full use.
We do not accept liability for any adverse reactions, skin sensitivities, or allergies that may result from use of our products. If you experience irritation or discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
By purchasing our products from us, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own skin health and agree that Oynk Skincare shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use or misuse of any product.
SECURITY
We recognise that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online purchasing experience.
We do not store your credit card details at any time, so we ensure confidence and satisfaction at all times.
CONSENT
By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to our business, including information relating to items, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. Of course, you may email us to unsubscribe at any time.
PRIVACY
By agreeing to and accepting these Terms, you also agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

The laws of New South Wales govern these Terms.
